Contact inquiries

When you submit the contact form, we receive the contact details and message you choose to provide so we can respond, evaluate fit and discuss a possible engagement. We do not sell inquiry information or use it to build advertising profiles.

Pre-intake questionnaires

If you complete a pre-intake questionnaire, we receive the general household, property, system, supply, trusted-resource and planning information you provide so we can prepare for a conversation or property visit. The form may ask whether broad continuity factors such as refrigerated medication or powered medical equipment apply, but it is not intended to collect diagnoses, medication names or medical records.

Please do not send highly sensitive household information

Do not submit passwords, alarm or gate codes, access credentials, safe combinations, account numbers, detailed medical information or other highly sensitive material through the public website. If an engagement moves forward, appropriate methods for exchanging information can be established separately when needed.

How form submissions are delivered

The website is hosted by Cloudflare. Form submissions are processed by our Cloudflare Worker and delivered through our Microsoft 365 environment to Northeast Continuity. The form backend is designed not to log the contents of submissions, names, email addresses or message text during normal processing.

Bot and abuse protection

We may use Cloudflare Turnstile to reduce automated spam and abuse. Turnstile may process browser and network signals needed to determine whether a submission appears legitimate. We use the managed, low-friction configuration so normal form completion and browser autofill continue to work.

Website analytics

We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors find and use the website, measure general site performance, and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing and advertising. Google Analytics may use cookies and browser or device information for measurement. We use this information to improve the website and understand which outreach produces useful inquiries; Northeast Continuity does not sell website-visitor information.

Retention

Inquiry and pre-intake information is retained only as reasonably necessary to respond, prepare for or manage a prospective engagement, maintain ordinary business records, and support an active client relationship if one develops. Information that is no longer reasonably needed is periodically deleted or archived according to our business-record practices.

Your choices

You may contact Northeast Continuity to ask about information you previously submitted or request that an inquiry or pre-intake submission be deleted when there is no legal or legitimate business reason to retain it.

Changes

This notice may be updated as the website, services and business systems develop.
