Leadership
Clients work directly with Ted and Dan. Comprehensive engagements are senior-led from the first conversation through the final walkthrough.
Founder & Principal
Ted brings more than 18 years of fire and EMS experience, federal disaster-response and public-safety communications work, and senior-level enterprise technology, backup and disaster-recovery experience. He also works extensively with home technology, automation and resilient infrastructure.
He is an FAA Part 107 Remote Pilot, Massachusetts real estate broker, and holds a B.S. in Business Management from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.
Managing Director
Dan brings more than a decade of fire and EMS experience, along with a background in financial analysis, risk management, residential real estate appraisal, and business operations. At Northeast Continuity, he focuses on evaluating household risks, setting practical priorities, and turning complex findings into clear plans clients can act on.
He holds dual B.S. degrees in Economics and Industrial Management from Carnegie Mellon University and a Graduate Certificate in Advanced Management from Babson College.
Extended Expertise
When licensed work or deeper specialist expertise is needed, we can coordinate with professionals you already trust or help identify the right resource. If you want us involved after the assessment, we can stay with the project so the work remains tied to the original continuity goal.
Our role is to coordinate the bigger picture, not replace every specialist. Implementation support is optional and scoped separately from the assessment.
